Initial Meeting

• After initial contact with us, I will set up a time to meet that is convenient for you at your property. During this time we will discuss your thoughts, ideas and desires for your project. After this meeting, you will receive design proposal for your approval.

Conceptual Plan and Revisions

• After accepting the design proposal, I will take the ideas discussed and create a conceptual plan. At this meeting things are very fluid and can be changed. We are working towards the final product.

Bid Package

• This is where the final design is completed. Copies are made and the design fees are collected.

Options For Your Completed Design

• Option one: Choose Built Aesthetic Designs to manage the build. What that entails, is that I submit build proposals to various contractors. Together we choose the one that is right for you. I handle all of the logistics by working directly with the contractors from the bidding process through final completion and walk through.

• Option two: You take your completed design and choose the contractor to build your project. The design you will receive is drawn to scale and will have all of the information needed to construct a quality landscape.
